Join us for our second Sunday Hike of the year on the 6th of October.

We will meet by 08:15 at the Parkinson Steps to take the coach to Malham in the Yorkshire Dales. This idyllic Yorkshire village lies not far from the stunning Malham Cove, an amphitheatre-shaped limestone cliff, that you might recognise from Harry Potter?

The coach will aim to depart Malham at 16:30, if your group is back early you'll have the opportunity to visit a local pub or café.

As with all Sunday Hikes, we will split into 4 or 5 groups each with two volunteer leaders.

We want to make Sunday Hikes as easy as possible for you, but due to safety, you must have the following: walking boots with ankle support, rucksack, waterproofs, appropriate layers, sufficient water (at least 1 litre), and sufficient food (See the ‘Getting Outside’ FAQ section of our website at https://luuhc.com/faq#Getting-outside for some inspiration!) . If you can no longer make it to the hike, please contact our Club Secretary, Alice, through luuhc.secretary@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we can find someone to replace you from the waiting list, you’ll get a full refund. If not, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund. Sorry, you can’t swap tickets.
